Join Amazon China as an Account Manager Intern, supporting logistics and seller management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Support AGL account managers to enhance seller experience through effective account management, including seller profile maintenance, visits, business reviews, and insights preparation.
- Manage sales-initiated programs, focusing on stakeholder management, communication, timeline control, and root cause analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Improve sales processes and automate operations, leveraging a passion for technology startups and a strong analytical mindset for data-driven insights.
- Assist sellers in onboarding and adopting AGL products and services, ensuring smooth integration into Amazon's logistics network.
- Collect and share seller feedback with internal stakeholders to drive product or process improvements.
About You
Candidates should possess the following:
- Fluency in Mandarin, with strong English proficiency desired.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain management, business management, or a related engineering field.
- Ideally, some internship experience in the retail or e-commerce industry.
- Graduation between 11/2025 and 07/2026.
- Proficiency in Excel functions and a strong interest in cross-border e-commerce.
- Preferred qualifications include CET 6 or other skill certifications, 3 to 6 months of internship experience, and capabilities in Python, SQL, or other software.
