Join our team as a Product Team Intern, facilitating workshops and ensuring smooth product delivery in a dynamic environment.
Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Facilitate workshops, including user interviews and requirement grooming, to identify user behavior patterns and underlying problems.
- Assist in tracking and resolving production issues.
- Gather insights on product adoption and improvements.
- Conduct simple user acceptance tests (UATs).
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Be bilingual in English and Mandarin, adapting to an English working environment.
- Possess good communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills.
- Have good time management and coordination skills to meet schedules.
- Be adaptable and open-minded.
