Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Support digitalization projects for migration platforms, including data transfer, process reengineering, and preparation of launch/campaign materials.
- Handle inquiries in WeCOM, recording customer details and product requirements, and managing official account messages.
- Assist in managing the BASF online platform via WeCOM, including AI chatbot training, data organization, and customer service.
- Conduct market and industry research, analyze reports, and perform monthly online data collection and analysis.
- Manage administrative tasks such as express delivery registration, chop application records, event support, and gift inventory management.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and data analysis.
- Experience in customer service and digital platforms is a plus.
