Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Analyze and rework complaint products.
- Organize and handle complaint information.
- Communicate service work with DCOC and establish digital services.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree or higher.
- Knowledge of hydraulics or mechanics.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software.
