Digitalization / Product Direction - Project Intern (Start ASAP)

Your role

Your responsibilities include the following:

• Participate in the design, implementation, operation, and promotion of products of the industry-leading private equity business support system
• Cooperate with the project manager, actively participate in cross-departmental coordination of resources from all parties, push the implementation of products, cooperate efficiently, and jointly promote the achievement of business goals
• Track the effect of product launch, and from the user's perspective, make optimization suggestions for the product through data analysis, data mining, and other methods, and drive the iterative optimization and upgrade of products with user thinking and data thinking
• Pay attention to the research of industry market dynamics and the development of competitive product forms, participate in product model exploration, provide original innovation, continue to maintain industry curiosity, and create differentiation in product strength

About you

To apply for this role, you must have the following eligibilities:

• Honest, modest, hardworking, and with good moral qualities
• Undergraduate junior or above or graduate student, majoring in Economics, Finance, Computer, Software Engineering, Information Management, and other related majors
• Proficient in using Excel, PPT, and other office software, with excellent copywriting and report-writing skills
• Strong organization, communication, coordination, stress resistance, and problem analysis skills, dare to think and express independently, those with project and team management experience in school organizations, student work, and activities will be given priority

Don't worry about being stuck in this position. After the internship, students with outstanding performance will have the opportunity to obtain full-time employment. Please also note that this is an offline internship for no less than 4 days a week, at least 3 months and longer time will be given priority.
