Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Support documentation management for customer and internal requirements, including translation and archiving.
- Assist in organizing system department meetings, and handling preparations independently.
- Use tools to support system engineers with basic tasks.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills for independent document translation.
- Proficiency in office software, with VBA skills preferred.
- Basic programming skills, such as Python, are advantageous.
- Availability to work three days a week for at least four months.
