Associate Training Administrator - Internship (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Grade certification mock studies.
• Administer the learning management system.
• Support technical training in various formats, including classroom and remote sessions.
• Build stable internal relationships within Medidata.
• Stay informed about new Medidata products and trainings.
• Conduct logistical planning for training activities.
• Manage multiple training-related tasks simultaneously.
• Handle special projects as assigned.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Work effectively with employees across the organization.
• Possess MS Office Suite skills.
• Follow standard Medidata practices and procedures.
• Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Be proficient in business-level English and native Chinese.
