After-sales technical support engineers will use their professional skills and communication skills to provide technical support and services to customers through telephone, Web and email, develop and provide solutions to enable customers to maximize the return on IT investment, improve efficiency and reduce costs, and ensure and improve customer experience and customer loyalty.
Main responsibilities :
Answer 800/400 advanced after-sales technical support hotline for customers from mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, responsible for troubleshooting and repairing laptops, desktops (especially Alienware) and other products, including systems, software applications, games, etc. (such as Windows, Linux, Dell's own software, third-party software, games, etc.).
Answer customers' questions about installation, configuration, and performance. Solve some software problems online. For hardware problems that need to be replaced, record them in the system arrange service for customers, and track the problems until they are solved.
Utilize internal and external resources to track and handle customer technical issues and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Cooperate and communicate with relevant departments to jointly solve customer escalation issues (including senior engineers, customer care department, sales, and dealers, etc.)
Provide a good customer experience and be able to flexibly handle customer technical escalations and complaints.
Requires certain night shifts and overtime work (with subsidies and overtime pay).

Job requirements:
Priority will be given to candidates who graduated in 2024 or 2025 with a bachelor's degree or above, computer-related majors, and knowledge of laptop and desktop products; familiarity with game-related subjects is preferred.
Proficient in computer architecture, computer internal and external devices, familiar with Windows operating system and common software, understanding network configuration, those with CompTIA, Microsoft, Redhat, Cisco, virtualization and other technical certifications are preferred.
Good communication skills and service awareness.
Possess a certain level of English, CTE4, excellent listening and speaking skills are preferred.
Excellent communication, logical thinking, and learning abilities, able to bear greater work pressure.
