Technical Research / Recommendation Algorithm - Graduate (Start ASAP)

Your Role

As a research engineer in the field of recommendation algorithms, you will:

• Responsible for the design and optimization of model algorithms and strategies such as recall and sorting of specific recommendation services in the recommendation system
• Deeply understand business scenarios, explore potential product value and demand through keen insight into data, optimize recommendation strategies and models based on the characteristics of existing business scenarios, and continuously improve user experience and business indicators
• Based on ultra-large-scale deep neural network models and machine learning systems, explore the research and development of cutting-edge recommendation technologies in the industry, and promote product growth through technological innovation, including but not limited to recommending multimodal large models, graph neural networks, multi-task learning, ultra-long sequence modeling, reinforcement learning and other technical directions

About You

To apply for this role, you must have the following eligibilities:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer science, mathematics, artificial intelligence, etc.
• Solid programming skills and algorithm foundation, proficient in at least one programming language such as Python/C++/Java
• Solid theoretical foundation of machine learning/deep learning, proficiency in at least one mainstream deep learning framework such as Tensorflow/Pytorch, and understanding of the use of big data platform tools such as Hadoop/Spark/Flink
• Excellent logical thinking ability, excellent ability to analyze and solve problems, and passion for solving challenging problems
• Good at communication, proactive in work, strong sense of responsibility, strong self-motivation, able to continuously learn, and have good teamwork ability

Bonus points:

• Publish papers in top academic conferences or journals, or win awards in ACM programming competitions/machine learning competitions
• Experience in core algorithm projects such as large-scale recommendation systems, computational advertising, and search engines
