Your role

As a Pre-sales Technical Engineer, you will work with the team to carry out outstanding work and make a profound social impact.

You will:

• Be familiar with enterprise-level products, including servers, storage, networks, virtualization, etc., and master enterprise-level solutions: cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, edge computing, modern data centres and other cutting-edge technologies.
• As a technical pre-sales engineer, communicate with customers through phone/email, etc., fully understand customer needs, and recommend and explain company products and technical solutions.
• Have relatively comprehensive technical expertise, be familiar with technology, industry, and market trends, and be able to discover potential business opportunities.
• Understand and learn the leading management methods, business models and solutions of the world's top 500 companies.
• Win customer orders through teamwork, learn sales strategies, and master sales processes.
