Purchasing Senior Analyst - Campus (Start ASAP)

Your role

About The Team:

Working in an environment that’s as complex as it is critical, the Buyer team within Materials and Procurement manages a group of indirect categories, such as real estate, marketing material, supplies, or software. The team uses in-depth knowledge and experience to develop strategic relationships with external suppliers as well as with key stakeholders. Its role also includes leading contract negotiations, managing risk, driving cost-saving initiatives, and implementing strategic sourcing best practices.

What You’ll Achieve:

You will be responsible for ensuring continuous supply. You will work with suppliers, planners, global supply chains, logistics, finance, manufacturing, and quality teams on day-to-day operations and project-based process enhancement.

You will:

• Coordinate purchasing activities with manufacturing and engineering departments to maintain inventory at planned levels
• Responsible for supply chain management for integrated assemblies
• Maintains accuracy of procurement database, and material return to suppliers on a timely basis
• Make sure of continuity of supply to global manufacturing centers
• Evaluate supplier's performance (price, on-time delivery, quality), and prepare feedback. Develop and administer improvement programs

About you

Essential Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate or will graduate between 2024.6 and 2025.7
• Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
• Willing to work in a global environment, have flexible working hours, and deal with people in different time zones
• Understand culture difference
• Demonstrated innovative thinking

Desirable Requirements:

• Data skill, python, SQL, VBA, Power BI, etc
