Your role

The Tencent Advertising Sales Trainee Program is a talent training program that the Tencent Advertising Sales Operations System focuses on for campus recruits. The main purpose is to systematically train outstanding high-potential talents with comprehensive industry sales and operations capabilities and to build a high-quality talent team for the sales operations system.

About you

To apply for this role, you must have the following job requirements:

• You have excellent comprehensive qualities, a strong interest in Internet advertising, curiosity and exploration in various industries (including but not limited to the Internet, mass consumption, financial technology, game entertainment, etc.), and hope to understand the logic and links behind them.
• Have outstanding interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking and data sensitivity, excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills, good cooperation and a strong ability to withstand pressure.

Training & development

Through multiple positions (including but not limited to direct customer sales, industry operations, program planning, channels, etc.), the program provides all-round training, expert support, customized training by mentors, actual combat exercises, and other methods, and is equipped with systematic training courses to help sales trainees broaden their horizons, improve their comprehensive capabilities, and achieve rapid transition and integration from school to the workplace.
