The Inside Sales team brings the technology portfolio to life. The team prides itself on developing lasting relationships, creating a rapport and relying on impeccable communication skills to sell to customers over the phone, Web and email.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for receiving customers who come to the official website for online consultation, and convert consulting customers into sales orders through good sales skills and high-quality customer service
Effectively communicate the advantages and value of Dell's products and services to customers
Recommend sales plans that meet both actual needs and Dell's profit requirements
Master Dell's technology, products and services, and establish a solid cooperative relationship with customers
Keep an eye on industry trends, understand the impact and dynamics of customers, and help customers cope with new challenges.
Coordinate and use the resources of various functional departments within the company to achieve sales performance and meet customer needs.
About you
To apply for this role, you must have the following eligibilities:
Bachelor degree or above, open to fresh graduates born in 2024/2025
Applicants should have sales enthusiasm and confidence, and those with sales internship experience will be given priority
Maintain a positive and proactive attitude to continuously promote sales progress and achieve sales targets
Applicants with basic IT industry and product knowledge will be given priority
Proficient in English reading and writing, able to conduct basic conversation
