As a Basketball Game Event Assistant Intern at ESPN, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day preparation of the upcoming basketball game.
Your responsibilities include the following:
Event Coordination: Assist in coordinating all aspects of the basketball game, including logistics, scheduling, and communication with vendors and participants.
Venue Preparation: Help with the setup and breakdown of the event venue, ensuring everything is in place and runs smoothly.
Marketing and Promotion: Support the marketing team in promoting the event through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks such as managing event documentation, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
Volunteer Management: Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers for the event.
On-Site Assistance: Be present on-site during the event to assist with operations, troubleshooting, and ensuring a positive experience for all participants
About You
