Resort Frontline Internship (Start ASAP)

Your Role:

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Create magical experiences for guests as a Cast Member.
• Ensure smooth operations in Park Operations, including Main Entrance, Guest Services, Attractions, and Outdoor Entertainment.
• Deliver high-quality service in Food & Beverage Operations at various dining locations.
• Interact positively with guests and manage merchandise in Merchandise Operations.
• Provide efficient check-in and guest services in Hotel Operations.
• Assist guests with directions and event information in Disneytown Operations.
• Work with Disney characters or provide costume services in Entertainment.

About You

Ideal candidates will:

• Be eager to create happiness and provide courteous service.
• Possess strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Be able to work for at least six consecutive months and handle different shifts.
• Be willing to work indoors and outdoors.
• Be 18 years or older and currently enrolled in a college degree program, with no specific major required.
• Communicate fluently in Mandarin.
