Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:  

• Support the organization by developing analytical skills across various disciplines.  
• Conduct root cause analysis for business problems and define business outcomes.  
• Drive key change initiatives and support transformational projects.  
• Rotate between core Digital, Data, and Transformation specialist teams.  
• Collaborate with global teams to enhance processes and procedures.  
• Prepare executive-level presentations for key decision-making.  
• Engage in digital strategy development, emerging technologies, data analytics, and project management.

About You  

The ideal candidate will have:  

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or be on track to graduate in 2025.  
• A strong passion for digital and data-driven activities.  
• Excellent communication and people skills.  
• An analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities.  
• Teamwork skills and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.  
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.  
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.  
• Global mobility and willingness to relocate.  
• Fluency in Chinese and English.
