Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Support employee welfare activities and initiatives.
- Collect and manage employee electronic files.
- Prepare and conduct weekly induction training for new employees.
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Issue relevant certificates and documentation.
- Provide support in various personnel-related tasks.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- CET-6 or higher, with strong English writing skills.
- A relevant professional background and internship experience (preferred).
- An interest in human resources and a willingness to pursue a career in this field post-graduation with opportunities for regularization.
- Availability to work 3-4 days per week for more than 4 months, with a preference for those available on Mondays and Fridays.
