Integrated within the firm, Operations delivers banking, sales, trading, and asset management capabilities, overseeing accuracy and efficiency from trade execution to settlement and reporting, while continuously refining technology and processes to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency.

Training, Development & Rotations

The Summer Analyst Program is a nine to ten-week summer internship for students pursuing a bachelor/graduate degree. The intern will be fully immersed in the firm's day-to-day activities. It includes thorough orientation and training, offering hands-on experience in daily operations. Analysts will receive continuous support and feedback from experienced team members, contributing to their professional growth.

Career Progression

After joining as a Summer Analyst, high-performing individuals have the opportunity to advance to full-time roles within the firm. Career progression may include roles in various operational teams or other divisions, with growth based on performance and career interests.
