Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Issue and register value-added tax invoices in the financial ledger to ensure account consistency.
- Process daily bank draft activities, including issuance, acceptance, signing, endorsement, and transfer, and register them in the financial ledger.
- Participate in collecting and submitting materials for tax and bank information change registrations.
- Assist in end-of-month closing tasks, such as closing AP/AR/GL accounts and confirming income.
- Support monthly tax declarations, including VAT, export refunds, income tax, and stamp duty.
- Prepare annual audit and financial reports and handle other ad-hoc tasks.
- Uphold Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for actions, and caring for colleagues and the business.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft platforms, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
