Mechanical Design Engineer (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:  

• Learn and adhere to the engineering development process and skillset.  
• Perform mechanical engineering tasks such as 3D layout, assembly, testing, and production support.  
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers on design activities.  
• Work with tooling vendors to ensure Design For Manufacturing.  
• Support and conduct engineering verification efforts, identifying and reporting defects via Jira.  
• Create and update mechanical documentation, BOMs, and 2D drawings.  
• Maintain a pool of commonly used parts.  
• Analyze problems using advanced tools.  
• Engage in on-the-job learning to become a qualified Mechanical Design Engineer.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:  

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering.  
• A strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and mechanics.  
• Knowledge of 3D modeling and proficiency in Creo.  
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.  
• Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English.  
• A team player attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.  
• The ability to take on new challenges and tackle unfamiliar tasks.  
• Creativity and innovation to meet customer requirements and improve performance, quality, and cost.  
• Availability to commit to at least three continuous working days per week prior to graduation.
