Your role
Your job responsibilities for this role include the following:
Provide business insights by conducting descriptive analysis, modern data mining techniques, and visualization tools to help business stakeholders make better decisions
Build machine learning algorithms to support the forecasting, prediction, segmentation, and recommendation for IKEA business
Build operation research algorithms to support IKEA logistic operations
About you
To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in economics, statistics, maths, engineering, natural sciences, or related majors is preferred
Good command of SQL for data processing and analysis
Good command of programming languages (e.g. Python, Java), including concepts from functional and object-oriented programming paradigms
Good knowledge of data mining techniques, including regression, tree model, neural network, NLP
Nice to know Operation research theory, including linear programming models, and non - and non-linear programming. Be familiar with the OR use cases, including resource allocation, transportation problems, assignment model
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, network, and build strong relations with team members and stakeholders
Fluent spoken and written English, CET6 is required. Need to adapt to the English working environment
