Lightning & Home Electronics - Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:  

• Collaborates with multiple business teams to collect and analyze performance data related to supply activities.  
• Proactively detects deviations from goals and alerts business teams to take corrective actions.  
• Registers and secures accurate information in relevant systems to ensure optimal supply chain setups.  
• Delivers important information to key stakeholders.  
• Updates prices and creates contracts in the system to facilitate smooth business setups between component suppliers and IKEA Home Furnishing suppliers.  
• Actively contributes to the product phase-out process by collecting stock information from suppliers.  
• Communicates with internal stakeholders to finalize last buy plans and ensures last buy deliveries are executed before deadlines.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:  

• Availability for 3-4 days a week for 6 months, with the possibility of extension.  
• Strong written English skills and workable oral English.  
• An interest in supply chain management, with no specific background required. 
• A focus on soft skills, especially communication, and the ability to onboard as soon as possible.
