Your Role
Your job responsibilities include:
Facilitate workshops including user interviews, requirement grooming, and user acceptance testing to identify user behavior patterns and underlying problems, also help to ensure smooth product delivery
Assist in tracking and resolving production issues
Gather insights on product adoption/improvements
Conduct simple user acceptance tests (UATs)
About You
To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field is preferred
Part-time interns who can commit at least 2 working days a week. An internship should last for more than 3 months
Bilingual in both English and Mandarin. Need to adapt to the English working environment
Good communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills
Good time management and coordination skills to get things done on schedule
Adaptable, open-minded
