Product Team (GPC) Intern (Start ASAP)

Join our team to facilitate workshops, track production issues, and gather product insights in a dynamic, bilingual environment.

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:  

• Facilitate workshops, including user interviews and requirement grooming, to identify user behavior patterns and ensure smooth product delivery.  
• Assist in tracking and resolving production issues.  
• Gather insights on product adoption and improvements.  
• Conduct simple user acceptance tests (UATs).

About You

The ideal candidate will:  

• Be currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.  
• Be available for a part-time internship, committing at least 3 working days a week for more than 3 months.  
• Be bilingual in English and Mandarin, with the ability to adapt to an English working environment.  
• Possess strong communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills.  
• Have good time management and coordination skills.  
• Be adaptable and open-minded.
