Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Engage in various stages of new product development, focusing on sort test program development.
- Address technical challenges during test program development and high-volume manufacturing.
- Conduct data analysis to enhance test coverage, yield, hardware capacity, and other product health indicators.
- Develop and debug support software for test program validation, data analysis, and test debugging.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication, Automation and Control Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Strong problem-solving, technical, team, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Python, C#, and other object-oriented programming languages.
- Experience in ATE, IO, Thermal, DFT BIST, SCAN, and ARRAY testing is preferred.
