Your role

Job description

• Establish quality management standards, monitor, inspect and determine the standardization of each operation link in accordance with each operation standard, and ensure the implementation of the standard.
• Based on various quality indicators, analyze the efficiency and compliance of each operation link, define problems, determine improvement plans, and promote quality improvement.

About You

To apply for this role, you must have the following eligibilities:

• Undergraduate students or above, 25th batch preferred
• Logistics management, logistics engineering, mathematics and statistics, management science and engineering, business management and other related majors preferred
• Love the e-commerce logistics industry and are willing to work in the e-commerce logistics industry for a long time. Have a strong sense of professionalism, enterprising spirit, and responsibility, and be full of positive energy for life and passion for work, and aspire to become a leading talent in this industry at JD.com
• Proficient in using office tools such as EXCEL, and have good information collection and analysis capabilities
• Have good logical thinking and communication skills, a good sense of responsibility and teamwork
• Enthusiasm and initiative for learning, able to think and solve problems proactively, and good at summarizing what has been learned.
