Your role

Responsibilities/Principal duties (Essential Functions):

Partnership: Improve collaboration with internal partners to enhance R&D influence and value

• Develop and Support internal communication/ employee engagement programs to build R&D culture and boost employee morale

Content: Translate business insights into communication content

• Understand business needs and craft communication plans and content for R&D milestones, external collaboration, credo and culture campaigns, etc.
• Create tailor-made content including infographics, announcements, news releases/flashes, speeches, internal notes, clipping reports, and event reports/summaries

Channel: Brand RD China Channel, and identify and integrate existing channels to reach the target audience

• Re-branding JJIM R&D China Channel and creating all contents

Internal process handling

• Initiate and handle the internal financial and healthcare compliance process
• Apply communication program in the online systems

About you

Education/experience:

• Education and/or additional training: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in science, pharmaceutical, communication, journalism, and digital media.

Experience and functional competencies:

• Experience with AI tools, PS photos, shooting, editing, and producing DIY videos.
• Ability to write and present well and persuasively in both Chinese and English
• Ability to stay aligned with overall strategic direction while applying diligence and attention to detail in execution and efficiently meeting deadlines
• Proven understanding of digital and social platforms
• Always stay open and real, accountable and rigor, performance under high pressure
• Ability to maintain perspective and bring positive demeanor and courage to partnership discussions

Decision-making and problem-solving: Can clearly articulate the types of problems that need to be addressed, solved, or referred to. Can equally articulate decisions that are made, reviewed, or referred. Understands and follows procedures, policies, standards, and regulations that must be applied to decision-making and problem-solving.
