IP Litigation Intern (Start ASAP)

Your role

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist lawyers in searching for laws and regulations and related cases, and issue search reports
• Assist lawyers in drafting litigation documents and organizing litigation materials
• Assist lawyers in collecting evidence materials

About you

To apply for this role, you must have the following eligibilities:

• Students with a bachelor's degree or above in law from well-known law schools at home and abroad who will graduate after 2025
• Pass the bar exam
• Interested in intellectual property rights, and those with practical experience in intellectual property application, intellectual property litigation, and intellectual property arbitration cases are preferred
• Love the legal profession and have good logical analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Have strong language expression and writing skills, and be proficient in communicating in English and drafting legal documents
• Have a team spirit and service awareness, be responsible, careful and cautious, and be able to complete the work alone
