ADV / Transaction-Valuation & Modeling - Off Cycle Intern (Start ASAP)

Join KPMG's Valuation and Modeling team to provide expert valuation services and financial modeling support.

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:  

• Assist in completing valuation projects, including equity, intangible, and tangible asset valuations, and merger consideration allocation analysis.  
• Conduct industry analysis, identify comparable companies and transactions, calculate discount rates, and perform financial analysis to build valuation models.  
• Review external valuation reports related to financial statements.  
• Establish the basic components of valuation models.  
• Draft comprehensive valuation reports.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:  

• A full-time bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in accounting or finance.  
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CPV are advantageous.  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.  
• Strong financial analysis and independent problem-solving skills, with a positive work attitude.  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.  
• Availability to start work promptly, with a minimum internship period of 3 months and attendance of at least 4 days a week, preferably full-time.
