Assist in executing learning and talent development solutions with a focus on data management.
Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Support the team in data collection, analysis, and report production for decision-making.
- Assist in executing solutions, including developing necessary materials.
- Contribute innovative approaches to delivering people development solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve results.
- This role is part of the Organization and Talent Development Department within the People Team.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a university student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in organizational psychology, adult education, human resources, behavioral change, or a related field.
- Possess strong data and analytics skills.
- Demonstrate strong project execution capabilities.
- Have excellent communication skills, including proficiency in written and verbal English and Mandarin.
