Customer Experience (CX) Consultant Intern null

Your Role

Customer Experience includes roles that provide services to customers once they are onboarded in the Maersk environment. 

Activities may include the following but are not limited to:

• Customer channel management
• Case Management
• Customer onboarding and relationship management 
• Contract and dispute management and more. 
• Perform skilled technical, administrative, or operational tasks
• Perform jobs ranging from highly supervised entry-level workers, technicians, and administrative staff to experienced individual contributors with robust technical or practical knowledge in specific areas
• Execute specialized work to support operations
• Work independently and apply standards, yet can also make departures from established processes to resolve problems

About You

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria: 

• Performs work that is based on routines and any new knowledge is generally acquired through short explanations and simple instructions.
• Can perform highly specific tasks or tasks of limited scope and responsibility that have well-defined processes and procedures and readily available instructions.
• Little or no prior work experience within the functional area required.
• Not expected to exercise independent judgment.
• Comfortable working under close supervision.
