Your Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute vessel scheduling to meet proforma reliability and customer promise.
• Monitor bookings and optimize vessel utilization in collaboration with Revenue Optimization Management, Customer Service, and Operation parties.
• Plan vessel berths in the most optimal and economical way by improving port operation efficiency and reducing operational costs.
• Manage vessel ETA to port and communicate short to long-term schedules with related stakeholders. Support ships to fulfill planned port activities during port stay.
• Drive operational decision-making that balances service delivery and PnL.
• Engages with Network and Market to improve network stability and efficiency.
• Identify and suggest continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong sense of responsibility and urgency
• Stakeholder engagement skills
• Drive Results and focus on the impact on customers. 
• Initiate mitigation plan by collaborating with others across teams.
• Communication skill is strongly required for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Working experience in the shipping industry or a relevant position is preferred, but not a prerequisite.
