Technical Service Center (TSC) Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:  

• Perform and support research for service, product, or project groups.  
• Assist in developing, monitoring, coordinating, and implementing technical projects.  
• Provide analysis, reporting, and internal communication services.  
• Develop knowledge of industry and organizational processes.  
• Deliver organizational support or service under supervision.  
• Document quality reports and manage spare parts cycle count.  
• File third-party distributor reports and review reports.  
• Support paperwork for field service engineers and assist the technical support team.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:  

• Entry-level position requiring little to no prior experience.  
• Ability to work on well-defined administrative and clerical tasks.  
• Strong communication skills for obtaining and providing information.  
• No prior job knowledge of systems and procedures is required.
