GBS Ultrasound Japan Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Systematic administration of contracts, including creation, logistics tracking, and archiving.
• Understanding contract content and driving related actions such as fulfillment and invoicing across all channels, ensuring accuracy within contractual terms.
• Facilitating contract performance monitoring and communicating gaps between current and required contract values to meet business goals.
• Supporting compliance audits.
• Reviewing and controlling sales contracts for completeness and approval.
• Cooperating with sales support, order management, project managers, and other functional groups to ensure efficiency and consistency in contract fulfillment and execution.
• Driving continuous improvements by applying LEAN principles.
• Demonstrating the highest level of Philips Leadership competencies and behaviors daily.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Japanese.
