Marketing (Hair Care) Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:  

• Conduct portfolio and competitor analysis to support strategic hair care projects.  
• Assist in product development projects by analyzing consumer and market data and coordinating specific project areas.  
• Develop value propositions through consumer research, concept and claim development and verification.  
• Support product launch plans, including trade presentations and online activities.  
• Aid in creating and following up on value-added promotions.  
• Collaborate with the dedicated Marketing Team in the Beauty category, focusing on electronic hair care appliances.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:  

• Enrollment in a Master of Science program in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Data Analysis, or related fields.  
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.  
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for marketing.  
• Proficiency in MS Office.  
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.  
• Solid interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.  
• Ability to thrive in a complex international matrix organization.  
• A hands-on mentality and project management skills.
