Account Intern (Start ASAP)

The Position

Handle and resolve payment-related issues:

• Daily operation on T&E, GSD, and 3rd party vendor invoices.
• Handling AP-related incoming documents, ensuring the completeness and timeliness.
• Support monthly reports and KPI tracking.
• Keep communication and cooperation with key internal & external stakeholders, eg RSS, and the tax team.
• Support finance operation work, eg credit, accounting, internal control
• Take part in other ad hoc tasks and projects.

Assist team with other mis. Tasks:

• Support accounting archives.
• Support other AP-related reports.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business
• MNC intern experience is preferred
• Strong Widows/Microsoft Office, SAP knowledge is preferred
• Good English skills (speaking, writing, reading)
• Open-minded, team player with good communication skills
• Positive attitude, responsible, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
