Technical Training Specialist (Intern) (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Supports line managers in maintaining the training management system.
• Ensures organization and proper handling of training documents.
• Sets up training facilities to enhance training effectiveness.
• Maintains and archives inclusion plans, qualification confirmations, and annual training plans.
• Organizes and supports training to create a positive learning environment.
• Assists in improving existing training processes.
• Completes other tasks as assigned by line managers.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in training management or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
