Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Support the International Mobility APAC team in managing international assignees in/out of China, Asia, and JPAC.
- Run dashboard and data verification via digital platforms.
- Calculate Annual Net Compensation and draft assignment letters.
- Initiate tax briefings and enroll in international insurance plans.
- Arrange meetings and take minutes in English.
- Sort vendor invoices and prepare payment requests.
- Track relocation expenses and update reports.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as requested.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Availability to work at least three days a week in the office.
- Internship duration of 6-12 months.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
- Preferred majors: Computer Science, Accounting, Human Resources, English.
- Sensitivity to numbers and strong logical and digital technology skills.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
