Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Manage organization and employee master data for accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee employee life cycle management, including hiring, retiring, and job changes.
- Handle employee queries and manage external workforce data.
- Participate in transversal activities like reporting and compliance.
- Execute workday-related tasks, including document management and payroll.
- Engage in discussions with stakeholders and ensure proper task documentation.
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements.
