SAP Product Support makes sure that customers’ incidents and tickets can be dealt with the first time. In this position, you can closely work with global colleagues and communicate with customers from different countries. You will negotiate with them and check basic information to validate incident priority. After the internship, you will get familiar with SAP products and know standard processing procedures. What’s more, you can practice verbal English and improve yourself in multi-national working environments.
