Seagate Wuxi Facility Department manages facility equipment to ensure efficient and sufficient facility supply for production operations, including electricity, water, HVAC, CDA, vacuum DI water, etc. The facility team also delivers hi-qualify renovation projects according to corporate strategy.

About the role - you will:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.
• Maintain and operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, and building management systems,
• Assist the systems engineer in investigating, analyzing, and taking corrective action on equipment failures and potential risks.
• Respond to emergencies.
• Comply with all safety procedures and requirements.
• Work with the team to support project delivery.
• Maintain compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Maintain work records and archive them on the database.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Heating and ventilation, mechanical, Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, or equivalent Engineering qualification.
• Strong sense of responsibility and delivery awareness with a good working attitude.
• Initiative of both self-learning and learning from the cross-function teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Team player to work collaboratively with functional groups and various people.
• Good computer knowledge and logical thinking capability.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Your experience includes:

• Microsoft tools (PPT, Excel, Word)
• Maintenance of mechanical or electrical engineering
• Project management skill
