Product Operations (Start ASAP)

Your Role

The candidate’s responsibilities include the following:

• Responsible for product promotion and platform operation, and responsible for user scale, revenue, and market share;
• Pay attention to industry dynamics and trends of similar products, formulate operation-related public relations policies and competitive strategies, reduce business operation risks; promote the iteration of operation strategies and promote business development;
• Build operation-related data monitoring system, IT support and customer service system, channel and marketing system, and continuously improve system architecture, operation efficiency and cost, and sales conversion efficiency;
• Promote relevant product and service teams to implement operational plans as planned, and ultimately provide feedback to improve product and service quality.

About You

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria: 

• Bachelor degree or above;
• Have a certain understanding of development, testing, operation, and design;
• Have a passion for Internet products, have the dream of making the best Internet products, have agile insight and thinking skills, and have the courage and ability to turn thinking into reality to meet user needs;
• Excellent creativity, imagination, logical thinking, and system analysis ability, outstanding writing organization, and communication skills.

Bonus points or notes:

• Developed and designed personal products with certain influence;
• Win third-prize or above in the National Internet Product/Entrepreneurship Competition;
• Have internship experience in product planning or operation in an Internet company;
• Have Internet product planning projects in the laboratory or campus technical team.
