Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Manages CP coordination, including applying CP codes and updating CP status.
• Oversees document management on shared folders.
• Coordinates express sending and receiving.
• Place orders for ORT samples.
• Assists in meeting and workshop preparation.
• Supports supplier portal management.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience in CP (Change Proposal) coordination and end-to-end change management.
• Be skilled in document management.
• Be capable of tracking CP status with suppliers.
• Be able to assist in meeting and workshop preparation.
• Be adaptable to other tasks as assigned by leadership.
