System Engineer - Campus Hire (Start ASAP)

Join our LED LAMP R&D team in Shanghai as a System Engineer, driving innovation in lighting technology.

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:  

• Collaborate with the project team throughout the development life cycle, ensuring system design meets quality, timing, and cost targets.  
• Translate application and value chain conditions into system and component specifications.  
• Design, realize, and verify systems or components within an overall architecture.  
• Optimize the total system to meet specifications, cost, and timing targets.  
• Document final design specifications, schematics, drawings, code, and learnings.  
• Protect designs by generating dedicated IPs.  
• Manage development efficiency according to cost targets.  
• Proactively engage with project colleagues to optimize offerings.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:  

• An engineering background with a Bachelor’s degree in Light Source Engineering or related fields.  
• An open-minded, self-motivated attitude, eager to learn and tackle challenges in a dynamic environment.  
• High-level knowledge of technology and application trends in the industry.  
• Strong skills in structuring frameworks and connecting building blocks.
