GTS Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Manage local teams to deliver technology solutions.
• Collaborate with global leads and stakeholders to design technology strategies.
• Build and motivate a high-performing team to deliver business value.
• Refine business requirements through stakeholder feedback.
• Design and implement high-volume, low-latency applications.
• Analyze and refactor legacy systems for improved performance.
• Research and support AWS cloud infrastructure operations.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience, preferably in financial companies.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Leadership and team management experience with large teams.
• Experience collaborating with international teams.
• Problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud services.
• A background in various application development roles.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases.
• Familiarity with Agile development methods.
• A good understanding of financial business.
• Experience in design and code reviews.
• Experience with billing systems is a plus.
