Administration (Commercial Asset Management) - Graduate (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Your responsibilities include the following:

• Responsible for the planning, investment promotion, promotion, and operation of the company's infrastructure project assets and properties, and for completing various operating indicators
• Responsible for market research of commercial projects, supporting feasibility analysis and estimation, etc.
• Participate in the formulation of the annual budget and cost control plan of self-operated commercial projects, sales plans, and promotion plans for major nodes, etc.; prepare monthly and annual project operation reports
• Assist in the performance management of self-operated commercial projects and subordinate regions, formulate performance evaluation indicators, participate in the establishment and optimization of incentive mechanisms and management systems, and supervise the achievement of various operational evaluation indicators
• Responsible for leasing-related management work, timely grasping the operating conditions of each merchant, and output analysis reports to ensure the normal operation of the business and improve business performance
• Assist in commercial promotion, support merchant activity negotiation and management, brand activity negotiation, advertising space leasing and negotiation, and other revenue-generating work

About You

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Strong logical thinking ability, strong market and industry insight, and promotion execution capabilities
• Have a strong interest in the planning, investment promotion, promotion, and operation of commercial projects
• Have strong data analysis ability, be able to make in-depth special data analysis and form data analysis reports
• Good communication, coordination, and written expression skills
