Software Development Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:  

• Parse fleet analytic data and collaborate with Tesla Product Engineers to enhance product sustainability.  
• Design and develop new vehicle touchscreen panels for service technicians.
• Engage in design, coding, debugging, and rapid prototyping of in-vehicle service UI panels.  
• Perform fleet analytics and identify failure patterns using big data.  
• Develop and test automatic diagnostic logic with Python.  
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of hardware and software engineers.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:  

• A major in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.  
• Excellent software engineering skills, particularly in JavaScript and Python.  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  
• Effective communication skills and attention to detail.  
• Fluency in English.  
• Experience with JavaScript 3D libraries, embedded systems, Rust programming, and diagnostic tools is a plus.
