Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Identify technology trends and create research documents with visualization and storytelling.
- Support the development and presentation of R&D strategies and concepts.
- Research innovative startups and organize exchange meetings with tech companies.
- Prepare workshops and events with startups and internal departments.
- Provide administrative and logistical support, including event management.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A background in business administration, engineering, project management, communication, or marketing.
- Preferably pursuing or holding a Master's degree.
- Strategic thinking and quick adaptability.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in structuring and visualizing complex topics.
- High motivation, proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of the automotive industry is desirable.
- Availability for at least 4 days a week for 6 months.
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Advanced skills in MS Office applications.
- Proficiency in English; German is a plus.
