Join Texas Instruments as a Manufacturing Quality Engineer, driving quality improvements and supporting global customer solutions.

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Drive solutions for customer returns and act as a liaison between the business unit quality team and the fab.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continual improvement.
  • Lead small cross-functional teams to provide timely and accurate root cause analysis and solutions.
  • Communicate performance, opportunities, and next steps in internal and external forums.
  • Interact daily with engineering peers and occasionally with external customers.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the fab with business unit quality teams.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and take initiative.
  • Strong time management skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with MBayse, Spotfire, 8D, and root cause analysis techniques.
  • Knowledge of standard Quality Systems like QTS, SFC, QC Story, and Alerts.
