Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Drive solutions for customer returns and act as a liaison between the business unit quality team and the fab.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continual improvement.
- Lead small cross-functional teams to provide timely and accurate root cause analysis and solutions.
- Communicate performance, opportunities, and next steps in internal and external forums.
- Interact daily with engineering peers and occasionally with external customers.
- Serve as the primary contact for the fab with business unit quality teams.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and take initiative.
- Strong time management skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with MBayse, Spotfire, 8D, and root cause analysis techniques.
- Knowledge of standard Quality Systems like QTS, SFC, QC Story, and Alerts.
