Your role

Job Responsibilities:

• 40% Contracts are sorted and archived
  • Contracts are filed by category and scanned for archive
  • Review the contract application process to see if it is approved and stamp it
  • Organize and prepare contract statistics reports according to the manager's instructions
• 30% Legal search and research
  • According to the requirements of the manager and team, conduct legal and regulatory searches, case searches, and information collection including telephone consultations, etc. on legal or practical issues, and give preliminary legal opinions based on the search results
• 20% Document proofreading, comparison, review, and drafting
• 10% Review of advertising images, terms, and product details pages

About you

To perform this role successfully, you must have the following eligibilities:

• The internship should be at least 3 days a week, and the internship period is preferably 5-6 months or more
• Love the sports industry and hope to engage in legal-related work
• Work carefully and patiently, have strong learning ability, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Bachelor's degree or above, legal background is preferred
• Proficient in using office software
• Fluent in reading and writing in English, able to communicate proficiently in English
